DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

All deposits are non-refundable, you may get store credit for a full calendar year from original event date.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY PICK UP?

Yes we do offer same day pick up, although the fee may be higher for night pick ups (11pm-2am).

DO I HAVE TO GET DELIVERY & PICK UP?

No you do not, we offer will call orders. You may pick up your rentals a day before event and return a day after event.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Email us a detailed list of the items you are interested in with your event date & address. We will send you an estimate within 48 hours.

HOW DO I SAVE THE DATE?

We require a 25% deposit & signed contract to save the date and confirm your order.

DO YOU CHARGE A DELIVERY/PICK UP FEE?

We charge a delivery & pick up fee based on mileage and labor.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We service all of Southern California.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

Yes we do, we are located in Lakewood, CA.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

We suggest as soon as possible. After we receive your deposit and signed contract we will reserve the items and save the date for you.

CAN I MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORDER?

Yes, you may make additions and modifications up to a 7 days before your event date.

DO YOU SET UP YOUR RENTAL ITEMS?

Yes, we do offer a set up and breakdown fee for our rentals.

WHAT IF Iā€™M NOT SURE IF MY SPACE WILL ACCOMMODATE MY EVENT?

We offer complimentary on-site space planning to clients with reserved orders of $1,000 or more contact us for details.

DO I NEED TO RETURN MY ITEMS CLEAN?

No, we ask only that you return dishware and food service items lightly rinsed, debris-free, and replaced in the original cases provided. We ask you to shake out linens. For additional details, please ask your event consultant for more information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ITEMS ARE MISSING AFTER THE EVENT?

Our pickup crews will count the rental items on-site while at your location to verify you are returning everything. We do charge for missing items. If you find any rental items after the pickup is complete, please notify and return to our office and we will credit your account.
